About Sifu Myers
TYPES OF TRAINING
Sifu Myers offers two major paths of progression: Traditional Gung Fu and Combat Sports (Boxing, Kickboxing & Sanda). Sifu Myers is founder of the Kung Fu style Choy Lee Chun, a fusion of Choy Lee Fut, Jeet Kune Do and Wing Chun.
Sifu teaches Choy Lee Chun (Kung Fu) over the course of 7 Animal Stages where the student will have a particular focus of style, techniques, and stances. Each level challenges the practitioner to take their skill progressively further.
Those training in Combat Sports fall into 3 main categories: Cardio Fitness, Combatives (technique mastery), and Competition (Sanda, Boxing, Kickboxing).
In addition, Sifu offers Combatives Tai Chi which is a slower, meditative form of Choy Lee Chun. The focus is to build internal strength, increase balance, circulation & bone density.
As stand alone courses Sifu offers: "Self-Defense Seminar", "Self-Defense Program", "Jeet Kune Do Practitioner Program", CardioKickboxing & CardioBoxing" (Workout Program), CardioWingChun, "Laser Concentration - Ultimate Self-Discipline Master Course" (Online).
