"30 Minute Workout" is a Workout Program designed to get you in the best shape of your life. It was made in a way that you can be self-directed as to what your needs are. The exercises in this program are accompanied by music, timers and coaching instructions to help guide you to the very end. Simply bust out your cellphone, i-pad, or laptop and you have a complete workout taught by professionals at your fingertips.
Maybe you are more comfortable starting with a 20-minute workout. Or if you are already in great shape you can do multiple workouts at a time on up to 95mins (the entire program)! I, Max Myers, have been teaching adults since 2005, and love what I do! I have always been fascinated with body weight exercises (calisthenics) because you can do them anywhere and get great results.
The great thing about this work out is is accessibility. You can work out when you're traveling, when you're at home, or even at the gym.
